Huntingford kennels useful information

Here is some information about our kennels. Hopefully it will answer all your questions but if there is anything further you would like to know, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will do our best to help.


Opening Hours:

We are open the same hours every day including most Bank Holidays: 9am - 11am and 4pm - 5pm.

We can offer an out of hours’ service at an extra charge.

We close Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day for drop-off and collection so that we and our staff can enjoy the festivities.

Prices:

Dogs vary from £15 - £18 plus VAT per day or part day, depending on size of dog.

Heating is charged at £3.00 per night per kennel.

Cats are charged at £10 plus VAT per day or part day. Heating is supplied when necessary at no extra cost.

We have a minimum 2 day charge but no charge is made for the day of collection after this, if your pet is collected before 11am.

We do not increase our prices just because it's a Bank Holiday!

We offer discounts for boarding more than one pet, for providing your own food and for long-term boarding.


Medical information:

All pets must have an up-to-date Vaccination Certificate. The Kennel Cough (Bordetella) vaccine is recommended but NOT compulsory. Titer test certificates proving valid antibody levels are now acceptable.

We can administer most medication and injections on veterinarian's instruction for a small fee. If a veterinary surgeon is required, wherever possible, we try to use your own.

We are fully insured and our local vet is The Rowe Veterinary Group, Bradley Green, Wotton-Under-Edge, South Glos.

We are members of the UK Kennel & Cattery Association, a Division of the Pet Industry Federation.

We welcome inspection within our opening hours (out of hours by appointment only).

We offer a collection and delivery service, subject to availability, at an extra charge.

Owners are welcome to settle their pets into their accommodation before they leave.
